Florence Speedway is revving up for an unprecedented night of dirt-track excitement this Saturday as we host both winged and non-winged sprint cars at the track on the same evening for the first time ever! Both the MPD Racing Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series and Ti22 Performance Inc. FAST on Dirt 410 Series will be on hand, promising a full night of thrilling open-wheel action for both divisions.

Last year marked a historic return as we welcomed Non-Winged Sprint Cars back to the track after over a decade. Fans were treated to an electrifying victory by Matt Westfall and a spectacular MPD Racing BOSS Sprint Series feature event, against the backdrop of a packed grandstand of cheering fans.

But the excitement doesn’t end there! Fans can also look forward to our local stars doing battle in the action-packed ($600-to-win) G&G Express Sport Mods, along with the always thrilling ($500-to-win) FWD Hornet division. Saturday night is set to be a milestone moment for Florence Speedway and a must-see event for race fans everywhere. Join us as we make history this Saturday night!

Heading into this Saturday’s G&G Express Sport Mod event, Andrew Corbin maintains a (40) point lead over TJ Dalton, setting the stage for an intense battle on the track. Veteran driver Curt Addison follows closely in third place, trailing by (53) points, with Ryan Morton and rookie Aaron Covington rounding out the top five, (54) and (75) points behind the leader.

In the Hornet division, the competition is just as fierce, with two-time defending champion Kevin McCoy holding a narrow (3) point lead over 2021 Hornet champion Corbin Dalton. Emerging contender Lucas Walters isn’t far behind, sitting just (4) points behind in third place. Kenny Stewart and Allen Sallee complete the top five standings, trailing by (26) and (40) points, respectively.

Pit gates open at 4:00 PM, followed by main and back gate access at 5:30 PM. Hot laps will start promptly at 6:00 PM, leading up to an action-packed evening of competitive racing beginning at 7:00 PM. Admission prices include $25 for general admission adults (18+), ages 13-17 are $15, and free entry for children 12 and under. Pit admission is $40.
