Two of Florence Speedway’s biggest attractions come together this Saturday, July 27th, with the Winged Sprint Cars and Summer Dollar Days, featuring discounts on select food items, drinks, and beer. Dollar Days offers fantastic savings on Speedway favorites, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy an event while keeping your budget in check.

Enjoy incredible savings with $1 drinks, $1 food items, and $1 beer throughout the evening, all while watching exciting Winged Sprint Car action! Adult general admission is just $15, teens aged 13-17 can enter for $5, and kids under 12 get in free. For those looking to get closer to the action, pit admission is available for $35.

The Ohio Thunder IMCA Racesaver Sprint Car Series will headline the night with a complete program, featuring Hot Lap Qualifying, Heat races, and a 25-lap Feature race. Dean Barnes from Banbury, Oxfordshire, claimed victory in their last appearance on June 15th, in a race that had the crowd on their feet.

Also on the schedule is a full program for the G&G Express Sport Mods, a $1,000-to-win Compact Classic for Hornets, Crown Vics, and the return of the Ohio Valley Legend Car Series.

As the regular points season nears its end, the chase for the 2024 Florence Speedway Track Championships is still intense. Andrew Corbin holds the lead in the G&G Express Sport Mods with a 110-point advantage over T.J. Dalton, while Steven Holt is in third, 123 points behind. In the Hornet division, three-time 2024 feature winner Corbin Dalton has a slim 9-point lead over Kevin McCoy, with Lucas Walters in third, just 70 points out of the top spot. Clarksville, Indiana’s Chris Workman leads the Crown Vic division by 67 points over Jeremy Kelley, with Nick Stecht in third, 88 points behind.
