| We are back in action this weekend, as L&M Performance presents Dollar Days here at Florence Speedway! It’s a big night here at the speedway as, in addition to the Dollar Days specials, we will be making up the $1,000 to win Crate special event from earlier this season, and hosting the return of the Ohio Valley Roofers Legend cars. Dollar Days are always a special night here for the fans as we have $1 drink and food specials at the concessions throughout the night and the always popular $1 beers at the beer stands! But Larry and Michelle Pickelheimer of L&M Performance are stepping it up a notch this time with specials for the racers as well. On top of our normal feature purses, L&M Performance will be adding bonus money to all of the feature winners. For the Late Model feature winner, they will be presenting a $650 gift certificate to L&M Performance. The other division feature winners will receive certificates as well with the Slicker Graphics Modified winner receiving a $350 certificate, a $200 certificate for the Crate feature winner, a $150 certificate for the Phoenix Comfort Systems Pure Stock feature winner, a $100 certificate for the Hornet feature winner, and a $100 certificate for the Legend Feature winner. So you can see, this is shaping up to be a special night for everyone! |

| Sunoco Race Fuels Heat Race Challenge |
| We at Florence Speedway are excited to announce that the Sunoco Race Fuels Heat Race challenge is returning for the 2017 season. We and Sunoco Race Fuels have teamed up for a program to reward drivers who race here weekly. The Sunoco Race Fuels Heat Race Challenge will reward drivers who run well in their heat races and run Sunoco Race Fuel products. The twist to this program is that where, in most cases, drivers in different divisions can not compete against each other, in the Sunoco Race Fuels Heat Race Challenge, the eligible drivers will be competing head to head! That’s right, the Late Models, Modifieds, Crates and Phoenix Comfort Systems Pure Stocks are all competing for the same prize. At the end of the season, the top point earner will gain a $500 prize from Sunoco, and everyone in the top 10 will receive cash awards. For more details check out the program info page on our website.At the track, we currently offer Sunoco HCR+ 114 Octane, Supreme 112 Octane, 260 GT Plus 104 Octane Unleaded Crate Fuel, and Methanol for sale by the gallon. We also have access to drums of each of the above and all of Sunoco’s fuels. If anyone is interested in purchasing a drum, just ask at our fuel sales area. Purchase of any of the above qualifies you for the Sunoco Heat Race challenge bonuses.The Sunoco Heat Race challenge begins on April 1st. |
| Transponders now mandatory |
| In 2015, Florence Speedway installed a transponder scoring system at the track. Transponders are devices attached to the cars that allow for electronic scoring of the races. This allows for quicker turnarounds in cautions and more accurate scoring of the races. Transponders are already in use at many tracks and by many series across the country and are becoming the standard method of scoring in auto racing. We have transponders available for rent or for sale at the track at our new registration building. Transponders are now mandatory in all divisions. |
| Host Hotel for 2017 Season Announced! |
| We are excited to announce that Florence Speedway has upgraded to the Hilton! The Hilton Cincinnati Airport is now the Official Host Hotel of Florence Speedway and the 35th Annual Sunoco North/South 100 presented by Lucas Oil. The hotel will be offering a reduced rate for Florence Speedway customers for the entire 2017 season. The Hilton Cincinnati Airport, is conveniently located 15 minutes away from the track at the Turfway Exit(182) off of I-75/71 and is situated close to multiple restaurants, shopping, and a short drive from the casinos and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. |

| 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities Available |
| We are already looking for companies who are interested in advertising with us for the 2018 season. We can do packages that incorporate signage, billboards, website advertising, mailer advertising, company outings at the track, company titled race nights, division sponsorships, T-shirt and other giveaways, or we can customize sponsorship ideas to fit your needs. We can work with sponsors with most any budget from companies who only want to spend as little as $200 up to corporations with advertising budgets in the thousands. |
