The Links Zone Kid’s Night of Wheels will return to Florence Speedway this Saturday, June 4th. All kids 17 and under will be admitted FREE to the General Admission area and have an opportunity to ride away with a new scooter, bike, skateboard, power wheels, or other wheels during intermission.
Kids may pick up a ticket behind the front stretch grandstands to be entered into the drawing for their favorite “wheels.” Must be present to participate.
Links Zone Kid’s Night of Wheel is FREE to all kids. If any team, sponsor, local business, or generous party would like to donate a new scooter, bike, skateboard, power wheels, please contact @TheLinksZone on Facebook. Donations need to arrive at Florence Speedway by 5:00pm on June 4th.
The on-track action will feature a full program for Modifieds ($1,000-to-win), Crate Late Models ($800-to-win), Sport Mods ($500-to-win), and and a special event for the Hornets ($500-to-win).
The Pit Gates open at 4:00pm, followed by Main and Back Gates opening at 5:30pm. Hot Laps are set to begin at 6:00pm with racing action kicking off at 7:00pm.
Ticket prices in the General Admission area will be $12 for anyone 18 or older. Children age 17 and under are admitted for free to the General Admission area. A pit pass is $35.
For drivers competing at Florence Speedway for the first time this season, you will be REQUIRED to register for events through MyRacePass. Drivers are encouraged to create a MyRacePass account and register in advance prior to arriving at the track. This will expedite the at-track registration process on race day. Please note it is only necessary to register once per season. If you have previously registered for an event at Florence Speedway in 2022, it is not necessary to complete the registration form each week.
